Delete your Shoppily account

Shoppily lets you request deletion of your app-managed account and associated data. The fastest path is the self-service deletion option inside the app.

Shoppily is operated by RMM Digital. The app uses an app-managed device session instead of email/password account creation.

Delete from inside the app

  1. Open Shoppily on the device where you use the app.
  2. Open the settings drawer from the room screen.
  3. Choose Delete account.
  4. Confirm the warning by typing DELETE.

This sends a deletion request for the currently signed-in Shoppily session, so you do not need to know or copy a separate user ID.

What is deleted

  • Your Shoppily user record and app-managed device session.
  • Your room memberships, nickname links, notification subscription data, and premium entitlement stored by Shoppily.
  • Rewarded ad reward records and purchase verification records stored by Shoppily for that account.
  • Local app cache on the device after the in-app deletion completes.

What may remain

Shopping rooms are shared spaces. If other approved members are still using a room, shared shopping items may remain in that room, but Shoppily removes your account membership and direct user identifiers from that shared data where applicable. If you are the only member and admin of a room, that room and its room-scoped data are deleted.

Google Play, AdMob, payment processors, and platform providers may retain their own records according to their policies. Shoppily cannot delete records stored only by those third parties.

If you cannot access the app

Email shoppily.support@gmail.com with the subject Shoppily account deletion request. Include the room code or nickname if you have it. Do not send unnecessary personal information.

Processing time

In-app deletion is processed immediately when the request succeeds. Email requests are reviewed manually and may require extra information to identify the correct app-managed session.
